Hope you had a Happy Valentine’s Day

Well, it is now mid-February and how many of those New Year’s resolutions have gone by the board? Maybe you can retrieve some of the good intentions with a resolution for self-improvement. There is no better way to improve oneself than by taking up a new educational challenge. We hope that you’ll find something new to discover in 2008 and that you will consider discovering it with the New Curiosity Shop.

New Cloisters Magazine

Development of our new online magazine continues apace. The Desert Archaeologist Howard Middleton-Jones has joined our contributors and we are looking forward to running stories about his work studying Coptic culture in Egypt. His journey has taken him from the Western Desert to discussions with religious leaders around the world and we hope to have all of this in Cloisters, with the first issue due in the Spring.
