Are you going through a process of change? A new job, moving house, setting up a family. Or maybe change is being forced upon you - divorce, redundancy, bereavement.

This course is designed to help you understand (or remind you) of the normal processes of change in order to give you a framework for managing a change that you are going through. When you have completed the course, you’ll be in a better position to make the most of transitions and you’ll have ways of reducing the stress of these changes, and really embracing the opportunities offered.

Who should take this course?

This course is for anyone who is going through change and wants it to be an enhancing experience.

You will need to describe the change you are going through or will be going through , and you will be able look at the patterns in your life.

You will need

All materials are provided online through the course - there is nothing additional you have to purchase. However, there are books and other resources recommended by the tutor to supplement the course.

Entry Requirements

There are no entry requirements.

How long is this course?

About 25 hours, and we suggest you set aside about 4 hours a week - but it's up to you. You will have tutor support for 3 months. You will have access to your course for a year.
